OUR PRODUCTS

Fruits and Vegetables

We grow fresh, seasonal produce, using natural, biointensive growing methods.  We are not certified organic, but we follow organic practices; we do not use any pesiticides and/or herbicides,
and our fertilizers are all natural.  Our produce is grown in our 5 acre market garden, and in our three greenhouses.  Seasonal produce can be purchased at the farm, at one of the weekend markets we attend, or through our CSA Share program.  We learned a lot during our 2018 growing season, and are really excited to take these lessons learned and apply them in 2019.

We offer a wide selection of fruits and vegetables including asparagus, beans, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cucumber, eggplant, kale, kholrabi, leeks, a wide variety of greens, herbs, melons, onions, peas, peppers, potaties, radishes, rasberry, rhubarb, strawberry, squash, sweet corn, tomato, turnip and zucchini.  We love collaborating, so if there is something that you don't see here that you'd like to see us grow, feel free to send us a message!

We now offer sales of pre-packaged, grass-fed beef at the farm.  Delivery of beef products can also potentially be arranged.  Contact us today via email, [email protected] to place your beef order.  Quantities are limited, and orders will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Pastured Pork

We raise natural, pastured pork that is hormone and antibiotic free. Our pigs can be found frolicking around the barnyard year-round, where they eat grass and hay, root through the dirt, and get tastey produce scraps.
We also use our pigs to help us clean out the barn in the spring.  They love to root around, and they help us root through the hay and straw in the barn.  This helps to turn up the hay and start the composting process.  It doesn't take long for a hay-packed barn floor to turn into top-quality compost that we can use in our gardens.

We now offer sales of pre-packaged, pastured pork at the farm. Delivery of pork products can also be arranged.  We also sell pork by the half and full pig.  Contact us today via email at, [email protected] to place your pork order.   Quantities are limited, and orders will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Meat Goats

We raise natural, grass-fed goats that are hormone and antibiotic free.  In the summer you will find our goats enjoying grass or hay out on the pasture.  In the winter, like our cattle, they are fed a diet of quality hay, high in nutritional value;
however, it takes a nice, sunny day for our goats to decide they want to leave their refuge in the barn.  Unlike other farm animals, goats strongly dislike the elements - they HATE getting wet, so they avoid the rain and snow like the plague.  They are amazing animals, with interesting personalities.  And there's nothing better than being in the barn during late-winter kidding season, with young kids bouncing around.

We are looking forward to offering the sale of goat meat in the Fall of 2019.  We also offer live goat sales at the farm.

Free-Range Poultry

We raise natural, free-range poultry, that is hormone and antibiotic free, and offer both meat and egg sales.  Meat bird sales start mid-summer, with final batches being processed in December.  Our meat birds live in chicken
tractors, where they eat grass and scratch for bugs.  A chicken tractor is like a mobile home for chickens; it provides protection from predators and the elements, and we can move them once or twice per day to a fresh patch of grass.

Our chickens are processed at a government inspected facility, and come vacuum sealed for added freshness.  They are sold for $4.50/lb.  Contact us today via email at, [email protected] to place your chicken orders.

Our laying hens lay eggs all year, and eggs are available at the farm for $4/doz.
